Broadmark Private REIT, LLC invests in Broadmark Realty Capital, Inc.’s (NYSE: BRMK) proven lending strategy, long-standing borrower relationships, zero-debt balance sheet, and deep knowledge of the markets where it invests to offer qualified purchasers* the ability to participate in high-yield loans through a private, non-traded fund structure.

Broadmark Private REIT’s investment objective is to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns primarily through origination fees and income generated from Broadmark Realty Capital’s high-quality loan portfolio. All loans structured at a maximum loan-to-value ratio of 65% at initial underwriting.

*The Broadmark Private REIT is open to qualified purchasers only. A qualified purchaser is an individual with at least $5M of investable assets or an entity with at least $25M of investable assets.
